Keeping it simple this first week. 50 right, 50 left, 50 split. Do it 4 times this week (600 throws) and you get an award sticker for your helmet!
WEEK 2: 10/27 - 11/16
Building on last week! Same routine but we are adding 2 new things... 25 throw/switches, and 25 Ground Balls. Do this 3 times per week for next 3 weeks and get a helmet sticker at our tournament on Nov 16th!
